We ship orders with the shipping options that you pick, either... via Usps or UPS. Shipping rates are generated using the current USPS and UPS shipping rate schedule.
In certain cases, IcandiGraphics.com reserves the right to substitute with USPS Priority or Express Mail. International Orders are normally shipped USPS Global Express. Please e-mail or call us before placing an international order on-line, to get the correct amount for shipping. Not all international orders can be placed through our website.

Provide you a pre-paid shipping label for your order to send your return item(s) back to us.
Credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase.
For exchanges, charge the same credit card for the purchase total of each new item. As always, Icandi Graphics will honor all promotions used toward your original purchase and will ship the new item(s) to you free of charge.
